BOOTlace: ENRG Glassroom Session No.4

If I were to think of two words to describe this glassroom session it would be ‘cool’ and ‘casual’. BOOTlace had this air of cool surrounding them on arrival to their ENRG Glassroom Session, and throughout their performance their tracklist was comforting and warm.

Harking from Dundee, BOOTlace is made up of Joseph Young on vocals, Ben Thom on Guitar and Andrew Balmer on Bass. In their Glassroom session BOOTlace strip back two of their songs of their latest single ‘The Last Hurrah’ and surprise the audience with a cosy cover of Oasis’s ‘Take Me Away’.

Joseph’s easy going vocals, that sit well under the stripped back acoustic style, paired with Ben’s guitar playing make for a great sound and one that has you wishing you had a pint in your hand all set for a great night ahead.
