I’m really into film (I spend way too much time making and watching movies), love messing around with lighting on set, and somehow always end up in charge of things like student projects and award ceremonies. I also have a thing for collecting songs that mean something to people, which is why music plays a big part in the show. sometimes I bring on friends and other international students to swap stories about growing up in different places and somehow ending up in the same city. other times, it’s just me overthinking whether I’ve started saying “wee” unironically. either way, it’s all about the little things that make moving somewhere new both ridiculous and amazing—with a good soundtrack to go along with it.
