Being a Scotland fan often means going from extraordinary highs to very low lows. Whether we’re beating Spain, getting dumped out of the Euros by Hungary, or “celebrating” 0-0 draws, it’s never smooth sailing.

The one thing that ties all these moments together are the players on the pitch. Young prospects getting their first caps. Experienced pros who’ve been a mainstay for years now. Leaders, captains, even those who haven’t got a sniff in navy blue.
