Starting in January 2024, the Guilty Pleasure Hour has become my passion project. An escape from university stress and provided me with a great way to spend time with friends. Every week, I produce themed episodes about my guilty pleasures in music. In weeks where I have a guest host alongside me, they will provide a guilty pleasure playlist I will be playing live on air, as well as a quiz specifically on the songs of their choosing!
This year, a new segment is born! Judge Harper (me, obviously) will be dissecting a listeners submission, will he decide if your song is guilty? Tune in to find out! From Video Games, Swing and Wham, this show aims to showcase that music taste can be broad, you do not need to be kept in a box when it comes to the songs you love!
Through listening to friends on this very network and appearing on a certain Napier affiliated football podcast in the past, I became inspired to host a show of my own at the start of the year. Now I am back and determined more than ever to provide quality entertainment each and every week.
